National Minibus Hire cares about your safety and comfort whilst traveling. That is why we provide a list of terms and conditions for use of our services.
Please abide by the following standards when riding with us:
Please observe our smoke-free policy: We provide the healthiest atmosphere to all of our clients by providing them with a smoke-free environment. We ask you not to smoke so that our vehicles remain pleasant-smelling and you are not asked to pay for damages. All around this smoke-free policy costs everyone less.
Please clean up after yourself: Even though we inspect and clean our vehicles on a daily basis we ask that you clean up after yourself. This will help us to continue to provide the best possible service to all of our passengers. Moreover, you can avoid a damage charge as a result of leaving a vehicle soiled.
Always please wear your seatbelts: In the rare event of circumstances beyond our control, we ask that you keep safe. We require passengers to wear seatbelts at all times.
Fares are subject to change from time to time: Although we strive to offer affordable rates, please beware that the costs of our services sometimes fluctuate. Varying fuel costs and restrictions on petrol contribute to the varying costs of our services. Please take that into consideration.
Cash and cheques are Accepted -50% charge is on all cancellations but non-refundable within 48 hours(all deposits are non-refundable: We accept cash upon pickup. We also accept cheques for the amount of 10.00 or greater with advance approval.Once you sit on board any of the vehicles the drivers have our agreement to take you and bring you back to your destination once you had boarded their vehicle we as national minibus hire have fulfilled our contract with you and can not issue refunds on these bookings. Please also note all refunds can take up to 7 to 14 days to be approved and up to 30 days during peak times of the year.
We honor special discounts and promotions: Please feel free to redeem special offers and promotions attributed to the National Minibus Hire name. Please call us to learn what current promotions we are running.

National minibus Hire will take all measure necessary to prevent fraudulent activity. We may ask you for additional information for your booking when making payment by card ie. copy of driving licence to be shown to driver or we may ask further details about your self this may include additional mobile numbers ,land line numbers,work telephone number or a utilities bill.if correct information can not be provided then we can refuse your booking.
